Taigh Iomhair has one double bedroom but there is a single pullout bed in the sitting room.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a shaver point.

The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster and all essential cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.

The sitting room has a television, a mini hi-fi and comfortable three-piece suite.

The heating is electric and is paid for via a one pound coin meter.

Both the sittingroom and the hall have a low cost wall panel heater and there is also a coal effect fire in the sitting room.

There are oil filled electric heaters in the kitchen and bedroom and a fan wall heater in the bathroom.

There is a lockable shed beside the cottage with a tumble dryer for the use of residents and also an outdoor clothes line nearby.

There is also a pay-phone in the cottage for the use of visitors.

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets at the cottage.

All the rooms are on the ground floor and bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost.
